Girl, I think you are the next thing to Dr. Quinn in your neighborhood. So glad that Hazel is doing well.

I have 3 Lantana's that the birds planted in my yard this year and one of them is the pink & yellow. Love Lantana! Lovey dubby It is like a weed here in Florida. It does live all year here, but it sort of dies back in winter and then comes back in spring. I can't wait to see what color the other 2 bonus plants are.

I bought 3 Bandito Red Lantana plants off the discount rack at Lowe's back in the spring and they are still alive and looking great and healthy.

Another thing I love about Lantana is the wonderful scent. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to the hairy, abrasiveness of the stems so I have to be careful when handling it. It makes me itch forever.

Annie, you wear me out when I read your blog and all the work that you do. Chill!

Got 2 pots of lantana today for $1 each at Lowe's so here we go! I definitely will buy more of it in the spring. As i said in the post, it is sold at Lowe's here as a "perennial" but oh my, there's always tons of very sad looking plants on the clearance tables. If it's anything like impatiens, I will do fine getting the shabby plants and giving them TLC. I usually by flats of poor impatiens on clearance, feed and water them, and they go like crazy for the rest of the summer. Must...stay...busy...must....stay...out of....trouble. *HA* Drooling
