Need your help to identify this plant please.
Looks well past it's summer prime but, nevertheless, gorgeous as it is.
Spotted in public gardens along Cromer beech, Norfolk.

Sorry no more pics - this is the only one I have!
Pic was taken mid-July 2023 so looks like the flower has already bloomed and is in early stages of decay (as you see it here).

Can you describe what the rest of the plant looked like? Size? Growth habit? Leaf shape, texture, size? Seed pods? How big was this flower?
