As a comment about Tree of Heaven (Ailanthus altissima), NathalieFonteyne wrote:

I am astonished to find a post on this tree without mention that it did evade cultivation and so it is invasive. This tree is also the preferred host for the invasive and very destructive spotted lantern fly (Lycorma delicately), and therefore helps in the reproduction of this insect which is very destructive to agricultural crops and ornamental plants. There are eradication campaigns in the Northeastern United States of this insect and promoting its preferred host seems hardly responsible.

I was one of the first 300 contributors to the plant database! Plant Identifier
the other reviews very clearly state that this tree is invasive in the US. There are users from different countries who use this site. It is generally not good practice to label a plant invasive of itself. That will depend on where it is grown and the conditions. No one has 'promoted' this tree.
I believe you are also the user (?) that posted this very similar comment on this post?
Multiple users on that very post also pointed out that this tree is invasive in many areas. There were even other commenters who mentioned the spotted lantern fly.
