I have recently noticed that these shamrock looking plants/weeds are spreading in the raised bed. Should I try to remove them? I grow fava beans in this raised bed.

You'll need to dig them out as they have a longish tap root. If you try pulling them, the root will break off and resprout. As an extra bonus, the seed pods explode, spraying the seeds about.. Annoying, but not the end of the world.
