I have several different containers of creeping Charlie's & I noticed these weird brown spots on several leaves. Any idea what they can be from?

Swedish ivy, Plectranthus verticillatus, I think, is your plant.
I am not sure, maybe this will keep your question visible tho.
Plant it and they will come.

Here's a better picture. Upon closer inspection I can see these "brown spots" are holes. What could be causing this?

If there are no bugs present, it is/was likely something that can fly. Not something that will continue to damage the plant until the plant is dead.

What does the whole plant look like?

I am not sure either but it looks similar to some photos of herbicide injury on other species. Do you use any chemicals or fertilizers?
Otherwise, it does look like it could be something like a leaf miner or sawfly larvae. I have grown several types of plectranthus but never had similar damage.
If you cut off all the damaged leaves, do the new leaves have the same damage?

Beautiful spots! The plants look fine and healthy so it does seem like a "visitor" issue to me. Not much we can do about those flying visitor incidents, which aren't pests that "infest" a plant and remain until killed.

Looking at the overall picture, it looks stress because there are a lot of yellowed leaves. Too much light, too dry, maybe up the pot size or a little of this and that. I grow a few plectranthus and they do yellow like that. Did you use fertilizer? If so, what kind and how much?

No I have never used fertilizer or insecticide on any of my plants. I know I should but I believe in the old saying if it isn't broken then don't fix it. Lol! After I picked all of the bad leaves off the new leaves come out clean. They do have a tendency to get black on the edges on of some leaves until the entire leaf turns black?

Looks like a leaf-footed bug, Leptoglossus species. Your location would suggest L. occidentalis, but your photo looks more like L. zonatus. You can look them up online and compare. Probably mating season and they're massing.

agreed, and I think those bugs are probably not doing anything to your plants.

I almost never used fertilizer on potted plants, but have changed my mind this year. There are nutrients the plant won't get any other way than a complete fertilizer. It's cheap and lasts a very long time when you're stingy with it like I am. It just might help your plant. Smiling
Plant it and they will come.

Leaf-footed bugs, and their nymphs, suck the juices out of plants. I think I'd get rid of them. You should be able to just pick them off, use gloves! They may be responsible for some of the leaf damage you had.
