I am glad my plants have made it back inside for the indoor season, except for those which need a chill to bloom or overwintering in the garage/ Jades and Epiphyllum hybrids and such. And a few more odds and ends!
We had days of chilly deluges due to Tropical Storm Ophelia and I would surely have lost some plants. I always start carrying everything back inside around the middle of September.
Hopefully I didn't duplicate too much, since I took pics on different days.

And I still left some spots open for the remainder of the plants.... Epiphyllum oxypetalum and a few more "monsters"!
Hope you enjoy!🙂

Wow!!! I don't envy your watering chore or the hauling them up stairs, but that greenhouse is to die for. Lovey dubby

Actually, watering is a breeze in the greenhouse. There are trays under those benches, to collect the extra water, along with towels. I water from a hose with a sprayer attached. We collect rain water off the greenhouse roof into containers in the garage. There is a vacuum pump to move the water upstairs into another container ( the greenhouse is attached to the house on top of the garage) and I use a compressor to water. No problem. And the front-room stuff etc don't get watered every day!
My husband /then Engineer set up the system years ago! Works great! Thumbs up

Fantastic!

When my plants come inside, they don't have anywhere near that amount of light. Not even close.

Without the glass ceiling and good windows in front room, I would not be able to grow this kind of mix. And a couple more grow lights in front rooms!

Or you might try anyway, in significant denial, watching plants stretch over winter, burn in the spring, mostly staying alive, telling yourself that because it looked almost good that one week, it's going well, in more denial that it's actually shrinking and just taking forever to die. ...or so I heard.

I certainly wish I could do a lot better, seeing all these gorgeous posts here. I am definitely not a gardner.
One thing learned for sure - stay away from "cold growers", our NJ Summers outside will kill them. Smiling

You're doing great! In the example category. I was just being silly, a thinly veiled confession.

Your greenhouse always is immaculate, Ursula! So bright and airy too. Is it roughly the same square footage as your cage?

Everything is looking great in your solarium, Ursula. You picked a good one when you got the Celadine.

Ken, I sure love the Celadine. This one has been blooming since March I think.

Lindsey, the cage is 30 foot long, 10 foot deep and 10 foot high.
The greenhouse is 22 feet long and I think 11 feet deep. But no rounded corners, that makes a big difference. It was built on top of the garage, but is just a tad larger than the garage.
What helps a lot are the airy closet shelves on aluminum rods in several layers. It gives me lots of room to place things. Klaus did an awesome job years ago, when he put the shelving together for me.

Glenn, funny you are! Smiling
Would you be able to bloom Scott Pratt? It needs more sun than I can give it here to bloom!

At one time I had a Scott Pratt... it grew in Full Sun / Southern Exposure. Lost it among all the others while dormant. just wasn't able to care for due to health issues.
