I planted two fans of this in the Spring of 2021. No bloom. The following year, still 2 fans, no bloom. This spring, it was down to 1 fan and still no bloom. It remained at one fan this October. I'm guessing this Evergreen does not like the North.
Barcode never fails to show off with lots of cheerful patterned blooms. I've had it many years and it has survived crown rot which is a killer where I live. I go for large blooms but Barcode is a keeper.
