That is amazing. I have a small piece of chain link fence lying around for YEARS and now you've given me an idea to use it overhead to suspend hanging pots. As for drainage with the corrugated sheeting, how about just slightly inclining one end of the bench. With those corrugations, excess water should slowly wend its way down and out?

Oh, and Brr....winter in Hawaii. I'll get right to work knitting up some warm socks and mufflers for you *bfftt* Sticking tongue out

There appears to be a slight slope on the tin but there won't be enough water to worry about. Just occasional spraying to keep it moist and add some humidity. Might hang some plastic gutter up on the lattice behind the plants for like a green wall but that would block the light so scratch that. Maybe put the gutter on the house wall behind me. Hmmm, my brain is too active.

Have socks on this morning, no carpet in the house and no fireplace. Down close to 60f again.

Off to breakfast at the Volcano House restaurant this morning. Looks right out over the rim of the caldera if its not socked in with cloud.

Honestly, it's another world out there where you are. Here, our restaurant is the Buckhorn and it looks out over a cow pasture.

Luckily the wind was coming from behind the restaurant this morning so no sulphur fumes to worry about but the smoke and fumes are very visible.

I guess the Buckhorn would have different concerns if the wind was blowing from the cow pasture Rolling on the floor laughing
