I entered a couple of photos but just noticed I'm not eligible for a price as items only ship to 48 contiguous states. Can that be changed as Hawaii part of the USPS system and it costs the same to ship in one of their boxes as it does any other state. Hawaii dept of Ag has no issue with bare root plants or plugs. I have had plants come in from many states. Lets be fair.

I just placed an order with Victory Seeds and they had no problem sending seeds to Hawaii. I gave my address and got shipping price so it seems OK (I just did not press the pay now button)

oops, I didn't check... so in case I won't be able to receive any prize (I'm few miles away from the eligible area )

Bluestone Perennials has limitations regarding Alaska and Hawaii. Victory Seed Company doesn't. The latter will give the prize to anyone in all 50 states.
