I have twenty roses along my driveway that receive full sun.
Could someone recommend a ground cover flower to plant around the rose bushes?

thanks

Over many years, in many climates, concerning many types of roses, the clear consensus is do not try to grow a groundcover under them.
If you succeed I'm sure multitudes would love to hear about it.
P.S. I grew and showed roses in Portland.

More roses? "Carpet roses?" Good ol' fairy rose?
