If the babies are pulled from the stolon before they have little root nubs, that is too soon. A couple of those look like they might not make it.
There's no problem with putting a lot of them in the same pot if you like a very full look and/or don't want to devote so much space to more copies of the same plant.
Instead of removing, you could also leave them attached and put another pot of soil where the offset can take root while still connected, which is how it happens naturally when plants get loose in the ground. A mistake unless all you want is spider plants in an area you won't ever try to walk through. Those connecting stolons are strong and are as likely to pull you down instead of break.
Or you could leave the offset attached to the stolon and put a cup of water where the offset can take root there while still connected. Lots of fun options for spider babies.
