Daylily (Hemerocallis 'One Cat Too Many')

I bought this plant from Mr Clement in May 2022 after watching a Zoom presentation of his for a Region 3 meeting. I was quite taken with many of his flowers, particularly the titles.
By October, the plant had 3 fans but was a bit rusty from an outbreak
In 2023, OCTM started out with two fans in April but had grown to 6 fans by October. I have yet to see a flower on it. Probably this coming season will be the Magic year.
