I live in a dry area (Inland Southern California) so I thought I'd try my hand at growing some Arilbreds. I ordered them from Superstition, they haven't arrived yet but I am getting nervous about what to do with them.
Anyone on here grow Aril hybrids could offer me some advice on what to expect and how to cultivate them? Should I add compost to the soil, or fertilizer/bone meal? Thanks! Lovey dubby

I know nothing about them, But I would suggest you e-mail the guys at Superstition for tips, or pointers that aren't listed in the catalog. They are super nice guys, and would be glad to help you out.! I am planting my first one this year (Lady Mohr), and it has the reputation of being a "strong grower". I just hope it likes Illinois !...Arlyn
