Wow! So many of these I like! And what a breath of warmth on this frigid 14 degree morning I think I'd have to pick Tangerine Horses and Lillian's Clockwork Orange as my favorites. I like their subtle shades.

As far as the possible "Kwanso", it looks far nicer than any Kwanso that I have grown. I have not grown Flore Pleno, so can't tell for sure, but really pretty what you have there, Vickie!

Thanks for this thread Betty. Orange is my favorite flower color. Love all the pics, but especially Sun Scream. I have to get it now. Most of the ones I have and love have already been posted but here they are anyway.

@blue23rose ... I think you have flore pleno. I looked it up this year because I think I may also have it. Here's a link to the description of the difference between flore pleno and kwanso:

Basically, they differ in the number of petals (I believe, given the scientific terminology, and welcome correction with explanation if needed!). Kwanso normally has 7-12, flore pleno normally 15-18. Looks to me like both of your picks show between 15-18.

Also, it is said to be less invasive than Kwanso, though both reproduce from wandering root systems.

Thanks Tina. I will have to go back and rename all the ones I listed as Kwanso. I am wondering too if I may have both and just never realized it. Now I have it all along a fencerow and will get to see it all in bloom next season. That should hopefully tell me if I have both.
