Thread OP
Name: Rick Rickman
McAlester, Oklahoma (Zone 7a)
Here is a pic of one corner of my front yard.

The Variegated Giant Reed has been in the same spot for several years.
I regularly dig up runners to keep it from getting out of hand.
Though it is not nearly as aggressive as the green variety.

I overwinter all the plants in the tub in my greenhouse & also dug up a clump of the
Cyperus alternifolius to keep as well.

Believe it or not I lost both pots of the curly mint?? I did share a clump with a neighbor
so I hope hers has grown well, I'll see if I can get a start back.

The impatiens was just a single pink that I brought back a few seeds of from a cruise in Jamaica
several years back. It flowered but I wasn't able to get seeds before frost Sad

I still have the Pink Knotweed.

Our cat Charlie, enjoyed the shade, haha
