I'm not sure what it is, but I have other succulents and I use Miracle grow plant food on all of them and they all look healthy except for this one. I water them all on the same frequency. The whole plant isn't pruney as you can see in the photos. What can I do to plump them up and make my plant happy again?

Is that a Euphorbia tirucalli maybe? Called 'pencil cactus' sometimes. I'm not sure what is going on with it. Are both pics on the same plant at the same time? Is there a possibility that a branch has broken off the main stem, but is attached enough that it's still in place? I think it would be a lot easier to give this plant too much water than not enough, so if it's on a regular schedule with the other plants I think what I would do is give it less water and stop giving any fertilize at all. Maybe water some with plain water every other time or something like that. But I'd check for a breakage on that limb.

Maybe someone else will have some better/different ideas.

It would help to see the whole plant! It might be a Rhipsalis too, it is hard to tell?

Sometimes succulents go like that when it is dormant, and watering it as its dormant state causes overwatering. The shrivelled appearance can also be both attributed to over and underwatering, just depends on the timing. In your case since you have been watering it, then it can be due to overwatering already. I would hold back watering and fertilizing. Typically, I water more if the temps are already high like in the 75F to 80F and situated outdoors but when it is in the low 70's or even lower and staying indoors, I hold back watering, these plants know how to hoard their water very well. So hold back watering for now, and continue to observe the plant.

What is the temperature in your location right now, indoors and outdoors?

There is just too much information missing here to give appropriate advice, I think. We don't know what it is, how it is potted up, what is the temperature, amount of sun, etc etc.

Judging from the number of new stems splitting from the same spot in the 2nd pic, I'm leaning toward Rhipsalis.

Determining which of the suggested names belong to this plant is fairly important in this case, for both sun & moisture preferences. Rhipsalis plants are epiphytes (growth pattern similar to orchids) from moist, rainforest jungle climates. Euphorbia tirucalli is a terrestrial full sun plant from hot, dry climates.

Both could easily rot at the roots in a dense, airless soil.
