I am trying to get the name of a white flowering shrub. It is low growing (1 - 2 feet high) and about 3 feet wide. I have attached two pictures. We live in SE Pennsylvania.

Some deutzias can be quite tall, be sure to get one of the shorter clones if that's what you want. 'nikko' is one that I grow that 's short.
