About to pour out that leftover coffee? Wait! Hold on. It's not finished yet. It still has work to do. I have found that some plants love their coffee as much as I do.

My hydrangea blooms were a mix of blue, sickly pink and green last year. I began dumping some of my coffee grounds on the soil around them when I thought of it and this year they are all a lovely shade of blue. Any acid-loving plant loves them!

I love purple hydrangeas, and the best purple hydrangeas I've ever seen have had coffee grounds put around them most mornings.

Thank y'all so much for all the info on the coffee!! I'm SO glad I wrote this little article, I just wanted to reach out and help everyone with what I had stumbled upon that had worked for me. And I have received 100 fold more help than I had to give! I am just blown away at all the wonderful things I have learned! Amazing, we reach out to help and we are helped! But I am Christian, and that is God's way, so there you go! Thumbs up Thank You!
