I agree that the plant in the foreground of your photo is
Weeping Fig (Ficus benjamina) and the one in the background does appears to be
Rubber Plant (Ficus elastica) Many people grow both as indoor house plants but they can get very large and the Ficus benjamina are temperamental even when grown outdoors in containers! Years ago I had some very tall Weeping Figs in containers on my screened patio and if I moved them just two feet from one location to the other they would drop all of their leaves! Of course new leaves grow out but they always made such a mess with leaves everywhere and they got so tall that I was constantly having to cut them back or they'd bend over when they got to the top of the screen roof! You can keep them pruned to size by just lopping off branches but I found it a constant job here in Florida.
