It is a Hemerocallis (daylily), so not a "true lily". Possibly the "ditch lily" Hemerocallis fulva 'Europa' or a relative. Here's a pic of 'Rocket City' (low resolution, taken years ago with my old camera so not the best pic), so it's not that one:
To the OP, what time of day did you take the pic?
If it was taken in the evening, the color could have been considerably faded in the photo and that would make IDing it difficult and suggestions could be incorrect.
