Due to having an allotment, I've been handed the responsibility of the office plant. Problem is, i've got no idea what it is. Any help would be massively appreciated.
Its a very sad looking Peace Lily that needs re-potting desperately. It looks like its very dry and in a small pot for its size, with your TLC you will make her beautiful again. Other members will give you more advice Welcome to the forum !!!!

thechubbyace,
There are probably more roots than soil in that pot. I wouldn't be surprised if you'll need a few extra pots to pot up the baby plants. Yep, she should bounce back in no time and be surrounded by happy little plant babies, maybe one for each desk in the office.

Hello thechubbyace!
Agree with the repot suggestions..you may even be able to separate it into two or three. Looks quite promising for a rebound, they are rather thirsty here in my area, so I always try to give them a drink often during our hot summer days.
