I am so not knowledgeable about Succulents but it reminds me of (I think) a Crassula I've seen before.

edited to add: I was thinking of Crassula tetragona but I just looked up photo's and I don't think that's it.

It is way to large to be a Delosperma Sue. I will take a new photo with something for reference on size.
Here is a photo from today, it's in a 5" pot.

The leaves are very fragile and it is growing pretty fast. I think I planted the seed in June of this year.

Hurray! I believe that is what it is. Great photo of a mature plant Sue. Wow, I can't wait to for this one to flower. That should ID it for sure.
Thank you Dave & Sue. Thumbs up

I don't think it's bulbine, your leaves are more flattish, not as rounded and with a slight crease in the center. Wait and see how it progresses and as you said, how it flowers and that will help with an ID. Keep posting picture here. Big Grin

A Gasteria or Gasteria hybrid? I can't make out the markings.

Tee I looked up Gasteria and don't think that is what it is. It has no markings of any kind and the growth pattern and texture are not the same.
But I do think you may have found the name to my other plant. The thread "Succulent seedling" in Plant ID forum

Gasterias can look different when they are young. Could be a hybrid like a Gasteraloe or ?

Um ... here's a little list. Hilarious!

Wonder how long it will take for this little seedling to do something that would help us ID it?

Probably awhile. But the Gasteraloes bloom twice a year ... so if it's one of those hybrids, it could be sooner rather than later.
