It can't be a tree fern, even with a stem the fronds would all come from the crown at the top.

Green Araucaria Palm Tree looks similar, somehow the name Araucaria came to mind although you wouldn't imagine it was Araucaria araucana. A closer view of the 'fronds' or leaves would help.

It is Aracauria. Probably a Norfolk Island Pine (Araucaria heterophylla). Its sold as an indoor Christmas tree.

I thought about Cook Pine too but the Norfolk Pines are mostly what we see in the lower 48.

The nursery industry mistakenly calls them Norfolk Pines when they are mostly Cook Pines.

Thank you very much to all of you !

I think it must be a Norfolk pine tree. I am not quite sure about the Cook pine, as when I google it to find images it looks like it has a much more dense foliage than the Norfolk's. I really like its shape, it remotely reminds me of the agave flower growing until it slowly falls to death.

I am new to this site and from what I see I think it will be a useful tool to further develop my knowledge of botanic as it is slowly growing in a major interest.

Gabiche,

Welcome to ATP!

I'm not sure about being refered to as a "useful tool" but I will take any compliment I can get. Rolling on the floor laughing My background is in zoology but if I had it to do over again, it would be botany.
