I noticed that one of my tulips has two flowers growing on the same stem that divided. There is possibly a third flower sprouting up from the base also. Attached are photos of it.
Is that common or are the rabbits messing with me:)

I agree with Daisy. The first one just looks like another bulb along side the first. The next two look like a mutation. I don't think it's particularly common, but it happens.
Do you know if the mutation will produce the double flowers each year, or is it something that just happens and will produce only single flowers in future years?

I kind of doubt it, but that would only be a guess on my part. The only way to know for sure as Daisy said is observation.
