Compared to the photos already posted on this site, they don't look the same to me.

Last year, a neighbor gave me a pot of it and I haven't planted it yet because I haven't had a chance to find out what it is and how to care for it.

These pics are from last year and the leaves don't look so great but it's in bloom.

I just took this picture, and while the leaves look much better, it hasn't begun to bloom yet. I see there's a Hosta in the pot with it as well.

Yes, it looks like some kind of Hylotelephium spectabile:
http://garden.org/plants/searc...

Needs as much sun as possible, too much water can be detrimental. A very unlikely partner for Hosta (a shade dweller.) I'd separate them.

Interesting. I have paid little attention to this plant(s) since I received it last year. They seem happy together!! lol. I'm surprised they survived.

Lots of sun and not much water is right up my alley! I can handle that! hahaha!

Thanks Tiffany! Appreciate your help. Thumbs up

I agree with Tiffany, it really needs full sun, or mostly sun. The color of the bloom is kind of distinctive. Once we see what it looks like when given more sun we might have a better idea.

It's been in the sun. I'm surprised the Hosta is doing as well as it is. As soon as it blooms again, I'll post updated pics. Thank you.

It looks more like Hylotelephium spectabile 'Crystal Pink'. Both the foliage and blooms are light colored. It is a short one; I have it on the table garden.

This short one is just the right size for the table garden. I'll post photo when it blooms!
