At the local swap I received several succulent leaves and cuttings; they were in a Baggie full of potting soil. Several of one type of seedling sprouted from the soil. Before I destroy the seedlings, can anyone tell me what they might be?

Several of those look like tree seedlings to me - Hackberry perhaps?

Hackberry would certainly fit those seed leaves.
