I have these beautiful plants all over and I can't touch them. I would like to know what they are. They have purplish flowers on them. Help please. I have been told it's a lavender or a russian sage.

Yes Russian sage :Perovskia atriplicifolia
Be careful some people have an allergic(touch) reaction to them that causes a rash.
..a balanced life is worth pursuit.
