Roman Cohort is an eye catching clump of rich color in the garden. It never fails to get attention. It's a carefree, healthy plant in my Daylily bed.

Roman Cohort bloomed for the first time in my garden in 2015. The scapes were taller than registered which is unusual for me. However, the branching and bud count were much worse than registered. I'm hoping it does better for me in 2016.

Quite tall. I'd estimate about 33 inches here. Blooms tend to be upfacing. A bit top branched, but has rebloomed here once established. Hardy here in southern Ohio. Sometimes a bit splotchy.

July 6 bloom
