Hi NeedFixing, Welcome!

Your first plant is a juvenile form of Split-Leaf Philodendron (Monstera deliciosa) If you scroll down that database page you will see many photos.

Can you possibly get a photo of the 2nd plant from a little distance? It reminds me of ZZ Plant (Zamioculcas zamiifolia) but I'm not real certain that's it.

If that ZZ is toast, those branches can be cut and easily rooted in water. And in addition every one of those small leaves can be rooted individually in well draining soil for the fun of it.
