My grandfather had a plant that he called verbena on a stick, Verbena bonariensis
That was my first thought but the flowers aren't as full as I remember them being

The white one looks like some kind of gypsophila.

It looks like Verbena bonariensis to me also. I have some coming up in my yard now.

Yellow flowers - coreopsis?
The tree is lovely but I haven't a clue what it is.

I think the yellow one in picture 5 is Helenium flexuosum

Mine look like the ones in your photo, that is the normal growth in my experience.
The ones in your photo have been blooming a while, which is why the flowers are on long "columns". Here is a page from my website showing plants that have just started blooming and some that have been blooming a while.

Your Verbena looks like Verbena brasiliensis and not Verbena bonariensis. There has been a lot of confusion between the two for years.

You are correct Danita. I was reading boneriensis but thinking brasiliensis. You can see the link I gave was to brasiliensis. V. brasiliensis is the correct ID for the one in Jolana's photo.
