It's a spammer. They had a different account last year and now this year have a new one. I'm going to delete all their posts - it's just a bunch of spam.

Who is USA Gardening? All of the different links posted take you to this website.

While the site doesn't appear to be selling anything directly (there is a lot of advertising). What seems spammy to me is it seems this member is using NGA solely for the purpose of advertising there site and direct traffic there.

I googled and came up with their Facebook Page saying: American Gardening & Homesteading Reference
and the very first post says "Giving Forward, Please Like and share this page, Thank you. Some posts show step by step instructions for building a paver walkway, building a deck, etc.

He posted in a number of different forums. I only found one in the three forums I moderate, Containers. But it looked suspicious so I went to his profile page and found that the only things he posted were links to that website.

Exactly! If this was someone who interacted on a regular basis and only dropped an occasional link when it was relevant to the conversation then it would not have been a problem. I do that myself, but references to my sites are an extremely small fraction of the post I make.

I bet they get paid for how many hits to that link they posted.

I wasn't offended by the person, but also not particularly interested in their web site (too busy, too many ads), so just scrolled past subsequent posts.

While that is possible, typically when someone has an paid or affiliate link, there is an identifying code that shows in the link. I did not see that in his links.
