Greetings...i just bought a bonsai from local nursery in Malaysia...

I forgot to ask 1 most important question to my seller, thus I posting my question here.

Does anyone know what type and species my bonsai is?..
It would be helpful for me to know the proper care once i learn it species..

Do you have any clues at all that might help with the ID? Perhaps someone here will recognize it but if not perhaps you could send or take a picture to the nursery and ask them (and then post back here and let us know what it is!).

Buxus harlandii is possible, the leaves look the same and it's used for bonsai.

Of course it is a good idea to ask your nursery if they know what species it is, but they might have bought it with no name.

I have no clue what plant it is, but I have a friend who grows bonsai, and she says they will never survive if kept indoors for long. (So much for my care advice.)
