Thread OP

Hi there,

I picked up this plant from the garden shop at Tyntesfield House in Somerset. No label as to what it was. Any ideas?

Cheers!

Welcome!

I've pondered this, and the best I can come up with is a type of Aster or as it's now called, Symphyotrichum.

It flowers late in the season, mine are at around the same stage or maybe a little taller. A lot of other perennials are already making flowers.

When it flowers maybe you can post here again?
