This is where we all discuss what food and drink we're going to bring to share at the swap.

Here is the menu so far:

Main dishes:
Robin/Catmint: fried chicken (also paper products)
Cam: Louisiana Hot Rice Casserole
Rick: rigatoni OR penne AND beans

Side dishes:
Robinbunch: tomato pie
Sally: black bean/corn salad or crispy coleslaw,
Gita: Home made Garlic/Dill Pickles and yummy Potato salad
Frenchy: Tomato and cucumber salad w/vinaigrette & avocadoes
Donna: Pasta Salad & Shrimp Salad
Donner: dumplings
Tantefrancine: vegetarian fried rice noodles (with eggs)
Aspenhill: broccoli salad with bacon and a mayo based dressing
Critter: "Carnival Bruschetta with Crostini"

Appetizers:
Muddy: cheese & crackers, chips & salsa, hummus & pita
Chantelle: layered bean dip
Frenchy: artichoke dip
Lisa: gravlaks (cured salmon) as an appetizer
Critter: roasted salsa, tortilla chips & sour cream, chutney with cream cheese and crackers

Beverages:
Sally: brewed iced tea
Muddy: Sangria
Catmint: bottles of water, plus two 2-liter bottles each of coke, diet coke, gingerale, lemonade (one plain lemonade, one raspberry lemonade)
Lisa: Riesling

Desserts:
EvergreenMike: baked dessert
Kurt: Chocolate cake
Egnalg & GT: baked dessert
