Your new birds are quite striking and I agree regal looking .
Long time ago I use to race pigeons, had a small coop 15-20 birds, and have always loved their soft sounds.
No pigeons now but we have a lot of wild doves that sound so peaceful when I am out in the garden.
..a balanced life is worth pursuit.
