This is the second year for this plant. It is really doing some weird things. Has anyone that owns this plant or other Echinacea seen or had this happen before? Most every flower on the plant is growing like this. Thanks for any replies!

This is the first time I have ever had this happen. I have had various varieties of Coneflower for several years and never an issue. It is only on the one variety.
