I'm not familiar with it but upon googling, I got hits for Moe's Scalloped Potatoes, Moe's Fabulous Mashed Potatoes, Moe's Red Potato Salad: https://www.google.com/webhp?s...

Thank you for doing what I was too lazy to begin. In "whats for din din "
Moe submitted a quick recipe for potatoes in oven. Sometimes I read where a member says " I made blah..blah...and served " Moes potatoes." I knew that recipe had to be somewhere in that huge forum of meals served. I have not been on this site that long.

It could be your link found it through a back door ..I will look.

Geez... at 1:37 a.m? I sat out there looking until 11:30, couldn't keep my eyes open any longer. ( But then I get up around 5 a.m...) The sky was really cloudy here, I don't think we would have seen any if we sat there all night. Shrug!

Sky was very clear and black
Sat from 1-3:30
It was not a show like the night before ( I heard from friends ) but they had a lot of beer and I don't drink the brew!

A friend got up at 4:30 this morning and said nothing ...but then a big one whizzed overhead.
I read look northeast ..she said this came from the west . Even if no show..the sky was real pretty but the car was hot! And no way was I opening a window

Rosie, I cannot stand peppers, however I would definitely eat them like this! It is very appealing to the eye, which would make me want to eat it. My culinary professors always said that you eat with your eyes first. Absolutely 100% true.

Peppers always keep repeating on me. I remember as a kid I used to love eating green bell peppers raw. That sure changed as I got older!

I love peppers too, especially red ones. Doesn't matter if they're fresh or roasted or grilled or... even from a jar. I don't eat condiments much but I love the roasted red pepper spread from trader joes.

https://www.google.com/search?...

I tried to duplicate that by roasting red peppers, eggplant, garlic... It was good but it's sure a lot easier to buy the jar.

I'm sure yours is just as good as TJ's, if not better... It was fresh, no preservatives & because you made it.

Rosie, those stuffed peppers sound and look so good! Thumbs up I love sweet bell peppers even though they always give me heartburn. I haven't made stuffed peppers in awhile and I will definitely try your recipe, which I've copied and saved on my laptop. Green Grin!
