Those are definitely not Primula seeds. They look like seeds from Dahlia or another composite family (Asteraceae) species.

I was lucky when I ordered from an unscrupulous vendor. They just kept my money and never sent me anything. Sending you the wrong seeds was MORE cruel, because you'll grow them out and STILL not have what you wanted.
BOO to this guy for not sending anything. Later I searched online and found many others with the same complaint:

Also BOO to Hirt's Nursery for advertising an expensive, somewhat rare and pretty plant, but sending a much cheaper, plainer, common variety.
