Can anyone tell me how long coral bells last or how to propagate them in my garden for many years to come?

I think (IMO) that choosing the right variety for your climate is critical. I've spent some bucks on Heucheras but while they can be winter-hardy, our summers can do them in.

They will not tolerate wet feet. Dapple sunlight I think is best or morning sun. In your area maybe nothing after say 11. I have some in more sun but I'm in Washington state on the wet side.

And I'm just trying to figure out what "wet feet" mean. Does that mean dry like bearded iris? Or does wet feet mean muddy?

Most articles say damp. In Utah.. If you can keep it damp we call it wet.

Free draining soil, like something you would grow roses in, never any standing water.. I have dry summers so water regularly.
