Not sure if this poo is too big to be referred to as frass....nonetheless it belongs to somethin eating my peppers. So far the friends here say it's not rabbit droppings. They are each small clusters of smaller balls like the way grapes look. Help ID?

Looks to me like tomato hornworm droppings. As big as they appears he is gone off somewhere to pupate and hatch into a moth. U got any tomatoes?

It sure dopes look like hornworm droppings.

Never had Hornworms attack my pepper plants...Only Tomatoes and Daturas...

I have had rats, squirrels, and birds going after peppers... Maybe one of those? Not birds, but the rats or squirrels?

I picked hornworms off the pepper plants this summer... Moved them over to the black nightshade that I provide for them. They become beautiful moths that fly at dusk.... Huge moths!

stone, the moths are beautiful! I saw your pics in the thread gross, gross, gross... Gorgeous!
