Dear experts , I have a number of the sombrero mum plants for two years now. Both last year and this year my blooms partially open and and turn brown on the outer side. The plant itself looks strong and healthy, but these blooms are ugly and I cannot stop just cutting them off. I live in Indiana. Please help!

Maryann, did you pinch your mums back a few times over the summer? It could be they are blooming too early and the blooms are turning brown because of the heat.
