If the frost you had was hard enough to damage the fruits then it is too late to do anything about that. If they were not frost damaged it would depend on the weather forecast (not that they always get it right!). If it is supposed to be warmer at night for the next little while I would leave them out until it looks like you may get another frost. That's for tomatoes anyway, I don't know much about hot peppers so maybe someone else can comment.
I brought my tomatoes, including the reasonably sized green ones, indoors when it looked like the low temperature gave a risk of frost.
