I bought this plumeria purely because it had an inflo, and it has had two flowers bloom (yay!)... but the leaves are oddly shaped. Is there something I should do for this plant?

It probably has had some insect damage; I wouldn't worry about it.
It will soon go dormant anyway and then the leaves will all fall of.....
