I picked our olives and about half are infected with worm holes, tiny ones for the most part.... Should I still cure the others?

I would figure out if the other half have worms. If the first half does, the second half probably does also but the worms are being slower to leave their warm and cozy olives.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and proclaiming...."WOW What a Ride!!" -Mark Frost
