Thread OP

I hope someone can identify this strange plant growth. It grows in a pile of compost that I created. Seems to like warm weather 70-80 degrees. It grows when the compost is watered.

AT first glance, I thought I was looking at crab legs. lol! D'Oh! *Blush*

That's a super interesting looking plant. I honestly cant figure it out either. I'm interested in seeing what others think. Thumbs up

I thought the same thing so Googled 'crab leg fungus' and came up with Stinkhorn Fungus. Look at Lysurus mokusin.
