Hi
@ndousm -- since other members of NGA don't have your email address, I hope you will find your way back here for suggestions on how to build a PVC tunnel.
I'm assuming you want to use a tunnel for extending your season?
You can buy 2' or 3' pieces of rebar quite cheaply, pound them into the ground in parallel lines, and then slide your pvc pipes over the rebar to form hoops. Cover with a sheet of plastic that is long enough to gather at the ends, wrap with some twine, and anchor to another piece of rebar. It can also be helpful to use some lightweight rope or heavy cord to zigzag over the tunnel -- you can use tent stakes to anchor it down -- to keep the plastic from "billowing." That will also allow you to slide the plastic up from the bottom on one side to provide ventilation when needed, or to access your plants inside.
I hope this is helpful -- I've been doing a lot of experimenting with both low and high tunnels for the past few years and would be happy to share more of my experiences or answer any questions you might have!
