I am looking for a Variegated Impatiens that makes pink flowers. The plant is very rare. .

I've seen that plant in the past but there has been a problem in recent years with downy mildew in Impatiens walleriana and even the "regular" ones have been hard to find in at least some areas. Here's an article about the disease from last year:
