Greetings!

We found a plant with my fiancee, which was discarded outside from a flower pot and we are unable to identify it properly. It had flowers similar to Asarina plants, they were of violet/purple color and it creates nightshade kind of fruit after the flower grows off. Could you please help us with the ID by any chance? :-)

That looks like an Ipomoea, (Morning Glory) A perennial in warmer countries, annual otherwise.
There are many sorts in different colours, mostly though in the blue-purple range..

Thank you very much for your answer! I think you really got it! I've been browsing through images of ipomea indica and I think it is the closest match, if not identical! The stalks are hairy, the leaf matches, the flower does too and especially the pod/fruit after the flower grows off seems to match as well. :-)
So thank you very much for your help! We finally know what we have in our pot. :-)
