I don't think ipsteams ever meant to send a picture.

Yes, it is possible to propagate Polyscias by cuttings. Take cuttings of about 8 inches off the tips, remove most of the leaves from the bottom half of the cuttings, and then plant the cuttings in moist, sandy soil. They will root quickly.
