Hello,

these are pictures taken in Ghana and I would appreciate your help in identifying what tree it is.
In the second picture one can see the fruits that seemed to be growing somewhat upright and in groups of two. They were light brown in colour.

I am quite sure it is not a Blighia sapida, because I came across that tree before and the fruits of this one looked very different.

Silversurfer, the fruits looked very much like those from your links. I think, however, that the leaves look different?
As I am currently not in Ghana I cannot cut a fruit.
